We currently have an increased demand for administrative skills and are therefore looking for several administrators to start immediately for assignments with our clients. The assignments vary in scope, focus, and industry, providing you with the opportunity to develop in a professional environment where your structure and accuracy make a difference.

About the position

As an administrator through us at Academic Work, you will work in a central and important role where you support the business in its daily operations. The tasks vary depending on the assignment but may include:

  • Documentation and registration
  • Coordination and bookings
  • Invoice management and basic financial administration
  • Support for managers, project leaders, or departments
  • Customer and supplier contact
  • Work in various business and case management systems

We are looking for someone who

  • Has previous experience in administrative work
  • Is structured, meticulous, and responsible
  • Thrives in a service-oriented role with many points of contact
  • Has good system skills and finds it easy to adapt to new working methods
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written

Our recruitment process
